What We Do

We provide two forms of support:

1. Small-Group Programmes (with Private Training Pod Access)

A structured 8–12 week journey combining:

  • weekly group coaching
  • skill-building sessions
  • supported use of our private, enclosed training pods
  • a step-by-step identity and confidence framework
  • a gentle, predictable pace

Participants can also book personal Pod time in between sessions to repeat movements, build routine, and progress independently — a huge benefit for ND clients.

2. 1:1 Coaching (with optional Pod support during sessions)

A bespoke, fully personalised coaching journey. 1:1 participants use the pods during their coaching sessions if helpful, but do not book independent Pod time.

Both routes follow the same overarching framework, but the pathway is always individually shaped.

Our programmes follow a structured, predictable development pathway inspired by the principles behind Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

✔ Step by Step, Never Rushed
Each layer is introduced only when the one beneath it feels stable. Participants always know where they are in the process and what comes next.

✔ Predictable Framework — Bespoke Pathway
The overall structure is fixed (reassuring and ND-friendly), but the route through it is shaped uniquely for each person — even in group settings.

✔ Strong Foundations Create Real Change
Before touching identity or confidence, we stabilise basics:

  • routine
  • sleep/fatigue rhythms
  • emotional baselines
  • success micro-patterns
  • self-trust

Then we progress through the upper layers: identity → capability → autonomy → community → future-building. This prevents overwhelm and creates progress that lasts.

How It Works

  1. Step 1 — Referral or Self-Enquiry
    We accept referrals from partner organisations and (subject to sponsorship availability) self-referrals.
  2. Step 2 — Intro Session
    A gentle, structured introduction to the space and the programme framework.
  3. Step 3 — Your Personal Pathway
    We design a bespoke route through the programme based on your processing style, confidence level, readiness, and goals.
  4. Step 4 — Coaching + Pod Access
    Participants follow their structured pathway with weekly touchpoints, supported Pod time (group participants), and continuous adjustments.
  5. Step 5 — Progress & Transition
    On completion, participants leave with: a repeatable structure, a clearer sense of identity, improved confidence, practical tools they can use for life, and a forward-path plan.
